From start to finish this has been the absolute best experience I have ever had in an area so important to my home. We... experienced a catastrophic failure around 10 pm. I posted my troubles via the web site and immediately received a call from Gary at 10:30 pm. We tried all we could think of to troubleshoot inside the house to include exchanging pictures. When that didn’t work, Gary told me there would be someone at the house by 0800 the following day. True to his word Sam was here and got after it at 0800. Sam is a terrific worker and just a fine young man. He diagnosed the problem (a broken wire) and pulled up the pump until he found it. It was a rainy wet day so Sam coordinated for additional equipment so that no damage was done to the yard. Sam found the broken wire about 6 feet from the pump, so everything was out. Sam inspected the pump as well and recommended replacement since it was 20 years old. Gary supported the recommendation quickly and Sam replaced pump, wire and then put it all back in and cleaned up! First class professional job, first class customer support. Sam was done and gone by 3pm. I have never been more impressed and pleased. Your company have been just fantastic! You came out the same day as I called. Super fast response. I'd give more than 5... stars if I could.The well pump had died and the company replaced the pump and wire. Very good and qualified plumbers, they worked to fix the problem quickly. I am very pleased and would absolutely use again and reccomend your services to others.Thank you so much for responding to our emergency so promptly. Also, the company headquarters called after the problem had been fixed and the service guys had left. More companies need to have customer service like yours.read more

We received a WelGard warranty from our water treatment company when we replaced our old equipment. Who knew that we... would actually use it!! Both our well pump and our expansion tank went bad at the same time. One call to WelGard and they were on it. They sent out a company to assess the situation and had the equipment replaced in a timely fashion. Phil at WelGard was professional and courteous and took care of everything! We received a Well Guard warranty from our Long & Foster Realtor, Brad Cox, as a housewarming gift and boy are we glad... we did! Finally a warranty that actually works! We called the Well Guard people shortly after moving in to find out about our system. Turns out it was our water quality equipment and they referred us to a great company. When the tech came out he discovered a leak in our pressure tank. We were heading out of town the next day so we turned off our water and planned on getting in touch when we got back. Wow! By the time we got back it was already scheduled to be replaced. Excellent service and follow up. Highly recommend this company and their product.read more
